Program description

Ranger Janitorial may send SMS text messages to customers who have opted in to receive service updates, appointment reminders, quote confirmations, and promotional offers related to our cleaning services.

How to opt in

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from us by providing your mobile phone number on our website quote or contact form and checking the consent checkbox, or by texting the designated keyword to our short code as displayed at the point of collection.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, or promotional messages. We will not send more messages than are necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you opted in.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Ranger Janitorial is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.

How to opt out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent, unless you opt back in. You can also contact us directly to be removed from our SMS list.
